Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders ship within 7 business days of receiving the order (delivery request). For pre-order items, the delivery date stated on the product page applies.
Depending on order volume or the circumstances of the carrier, delivery may take longer than usual. If delivery is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.

Shipping within Japan

Flat rate of ¥1,000 (free shipping on purchases of ¥30,000 or more)
Okinawa main island and remote islands: +¥1,320

* Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be combined with other orders. If you wish to receive items together, please place them in a single order.

International Shipping

Countries and regions: South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia

Orders are shipped by Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service) with tracking. Shipping fees follow EMS rates and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items (including packaging). Each order is limited to 5 kg after packing.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and similar charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery.

For Customers Outside Japan

To prevent shipping delays, please enter your name and address using only English letters and numbers.
For shipments to South Korea, you may be asked to provide your Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC). For shipments to Taiwan, you may be asked to complete real-name verification via the EZ WAY app.

全国一律1,000円（30,000円以上のご購入で送料無料）
沖縄本島・離島：+1,320円

海外への配送

対象国・地域：韓国・台湾・シンガポール・タイ・ベトナム・マレーシア

日本郵便のEMS（国際スピード郵便）でお届けします（追跡番号あり）。送料はEMSの料金に準じ、商品の重量（梱包材を含む）に応じてご注文時に計算されます。1回のご注文は梱包後の重量5kgまでとなります。

関税・輸入税について

海外への発送の場合、関税・輸入税・通関手数料等はお客様のご負担となり、お受け取り時にお支払いいただきます。

海外のお客様へ

配送の遅延を防ぐため、お名前・ご住所は英字（ローマ字）と数字のみでご入力ください。
